Well hello strangers! Boy have I missed you guys and I have soooo much to tell! What have I been up to lately? Well let's see...I took a strange road trip with a friend. It involved gorillas and a giant bird. I knew you wouldn't believe me so I took pictures! No we were NOT sampling mushrooms from the pastures as we drove through the countryside! I joined a local gym. Decided it was time to kill the fat woman that ate me .And you know what? You can sell me an alarm, you can call out your dogs, you can fence in your yard, you can call all the cards but I won't back down, no no I won't back down! I know I'm still in there but I'm tired of looking at the strange fat woman when I pass a window or look in a mirror. Besides I love to shop and this way I can buy for me and not HER!
Which brings me to this question. Have you ever wondered what others were listening to while working out? Look across the room the next time and look at their faces. Try to figure it out. I like to listen to music that makes me move. You know I probably have a couple of screws loose up in my head but hey in the end I'll be the Real Slim Donna won't I! Well at least when I hit the nursing home I'll still be able to flirt. lol
You know you only get one chance in the life to do it right and if you are really lucky you get a second chance. Well this is my second maybe even my third chance and I'm going to do it right this time. So I lose myself in the music, the moment, to own it and pound all the anger and frustrations I can out. So far it's working. I'm paying the pied piper. You can do anything you set your mind to you know.....
So I go to the gym Saturday thru Sunday Monday I go the rest of the week too. Some days I work til I collapse...almost but it's worth it! You just have to find that inner strength to go on and not stop. So with that being said I'm off to the gym my dears and if you haven't figured out what I listen to when I work out.....well here's another hint......Two trailer park girls go 'round the outside, 'round the outside, 'round the outside!
Bet you didn't see that coming from a 50 year old woman did you? Well you just never know.......til the smoke clears out, the roof comes off, I will not fall, I will stand tall!
